My husband and I were members during this past summer before we had to move away. While we were only there for a few short months, everyone there was so nice and welcoming and treated us like family. I never once was made to feel uncomfortable, and if I ever find myself back in the Melbourne area, this is the only gym I'm interested in.

Such an amazing place... Our daughter loves, the kids Jiu Jitsu class. There is a true sense of family and the children respect and teach one another. I watch my daughter learn to respect and techniques to keep her safe and to grow up strong. I have been taking Nikita’s cardio kickboxing class for a couple of months, it is amazing! All of life’s stressors get released into the bag. Nikita is patient and an amazing teacher. It warms our heart to see Nikita and Israel’s 2-year-old daughter running around. If you are looking for a place, for everyone in the family, this is it.

I've done the cardio kickboxing for almost a year now. Coming in with no prior experience, I didn't just become a member of the gym but part of the family - all while getting the workout of my life.
